Meet Our Team
Our leading Partner and Chief Counsel of the firm, holds a degree in Law with specialization in Banking and Mortgage Law, Insurance, Labour, International Trade and Investments, Company Law and other related matters. He is an Advocate of the High Court and has practiced as an advocate of High Court and subordinate Courts thereto with 9 years of experience in continuous legal practice since 2006. He has vast experience in drafting of Mortgage documents, preparing and conducting cases, both civil and criminal, as well as dealing with corporate, conveyances and mining related matters.
He has also provided consulting services for legal firms, local and international NGO’s, Government, corporate bodies and individuals. He is a member of professional bodies including the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society.
Partner, holds an honours degree in Law, with specialization in commercial law (banking and Mortgage, Insurance, Social Security Law, Contracts Law, Company Law, Investment and Securities Law, Intellectual properties Law etc) Business Associations Law, International Law, Environment Law, Labour Law, Land and related Law.
She is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. She has been in continuous legal practice. She has vast experience in the provision of legal consultancy to the individual, private Companies, and Corporate bodies. She also has also been experienced in drafting legal documents and contracts, prosecuting both civil and criminal cases. She is a member of a number of professional bodies, including the Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society.
